Dr Simmons took great care of my nervous dog. She has a great bedside manner and clearly super experienced. I was impressed with my experience at bond vet. The facilities are clean and technology seems updated. My dog had surgery and a nurse helped me to carry him into an uber (he’s 75 lbs!). They aren’t shy about giving discounts. My only quibble was that it’s hard to book a surgery because it’s not an option in the online portal so you have to call in, and information about preparing for the surgery was not readily available until the day before via email. For example they said my appointment is booked but I didn’t realize I had to pick up meds prior to the surgery. Overall I highly recommend bond vet.
