We had to bring our dog Finn in unexpectedly for a broken nail, and we were honestly really worried. I didn’t even know urgent care for pets existed, but we are so grateful it does. The staff immediately helped us get him out of the car and carried him inside, then brought us right into a room, which meant so much when he was in pain. The girl at the front desk was very kind, and both the vet tech and the veterinarian were wonderful. They handled Finn so gently and kept him calm, while also reassuring us. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what we should watch for at home, and never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Urgent vet visits are stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier. We’re really grateful for the compassion and care they showed Finn and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs urgent care.

I brought my cat in today because of limping issues. It was our first time here. I easily made an appt online(they also do walkins)walking. Everyone was professional, caring and friendly. I could tell it wasn't just a business to them. They truly cared about my cat and me. No pressure to do any unnecessary procedures, just the facts and options. My cat and I were very comfortable there. I highly recommend Bond Vet in Lynnfield.
